Social media has become central to brands and consumers alike. It’s no surprise that social media has a huge impact on influencing consumer behaviour and that is especially true for food, eating habits and wellness. Oliver Agency has partnered with Danone, to help them create campaigns based on tackling insights around how to be healthy and how Danone products contain ‘billions of probiotics’ as well as Vitamins and minerals for a healthy lifestyle.
ACTIVIA FORMATS
Activia is one of Danone’s most popular brand. Their Brand purpose is to “Getting everyone to discover and embrace gut health as a way of life, so people can feel the gut is the be-all and end-all of our well-being“. For this reason Activia branding uses, bold headlines which have been adapted in order to make the insights relevant for each media format/channel/moment. For Q3/Q4 2020, Activia needed help to create social media assets to support their ATL activity. The task set was to create engaging and visually rich content using formats that the audience would enjoy. New formats were introduced including ‘Mukbang‘, ‘Unboxing‘ as well as gourmet recipe videos. Using their branding of rich bold colours combined with typography and illustration, 25 videos were created for their social platforms ; including Youtube, Facebook and Instagram. My role involved giving art-direction to the production team, making sure that Activia branding was correctly used across all assets; the task also involved designing ‘Supers’ (typography) for all videos including illustrations and colours.
